Download available previous versions


If you're a Flex user or customer with an active subscription, you can download available previous versions of your products from Autodesk account. Students and educators can obtain previous product versions through Autodesk Education resources.

 

Note: You don't have to uninstall the current version to download and install a previous version.

To download product versions up to 3 years back:

  1. Sign in to your Autodesk account at manage.autodesk.com.
  2. Under All Products and Services, find your product.
  3. Select the drop-down next to the current version in the product tile, then choose one of the 3 previous versions.
  4. Choose a Download method, operating system, and language for your selected version and start the download.

Note: You get technical support and software updates for the 3 previous annual releases.

To download product versions 4 to 5 years back:

  1. Sign in to Autodesk account at manage.autodesk.com.
  2. Select the Autodesk Assistant at the bottom-right corner of your Autodesk account.
  3. Type “Can you help me get a download for [product name] [version]”.
  4. The Assistant checks your support plan for the product you request.
  5. If your subscription is active, the Assistant will populate the product tile.
  6. You can choose versions from 4 to 5 years ago from the drop-down next to the current version.
  7. Choose a Download method, operating system, and language for your selected version and start the download.

Note: You won’t receive technical support or software updates for product versions that are 4 or 5 years old.
